Psychotherapy
Offering one on one sessions in-person, virtually, or by phone with one of our licensed professionals. Our clinicians are trained in a variety of modalities, and put your needs and goals first.
Couples
Therapy
Offering support to couples and partners, related to a wide variety of relationship concerns. Which include but are not limited to, perinatal mental health struggles, communication issues and difficulties navigating life transitions.
Group
Therapy
Offering group therapy sessions throughout the year, on different special topics. Group sizes will be kept small to enhance the therapeutic experience for all.
Approach
We understand that life can be challenging, especially living through a pandemic. Our clinicians are here to work collaboratively with you to achieve your therapeutic goals, or overcome obstacles.
Our team works with individuals of all ages. We use an Integrative Approach, with training in cognitive behavioral therapy, compassion focused therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, and prolonged exposure therapy to name a few.
About us
While the office is new to the Val Caron area, our clinicians are not! Our team is eager to work with fellow community members in a collaborative way to help you achieve your goals. We are passionate about helping others, and doing so locally.
